Hi there - its me, Jess! I've been making and delivering your pasta since the beginning of covid-19 in toronto! Because I do contactless drop-offs, I haven't had the chance to meet many of my customers n wanted to introduce myself!

I've been making pasta professionally for about 6 years at some of my favourite restaurants, most recently at Lawrence in Montreal, and Paris Paris n Woodlot since moving back to Toronto. But truly, I've been obsessed with noods long before that!

I grew up with my Nonna rolling cavatelli n gnocchi daily in my kitchen, with her wooden board on our small kitchen table. Every Sunday we would have a large pasta lunch at my aunts - cured meats! cheeses! pastas! bread! hot peppers! homemade wine! dolce!

It's such a special thing to share a meal with people you love. It’s comforting, it’s heart-warming, and - in my house at least - it’s loud and carb-filled.

That’s what I hope to bring to you! Special meals handmade for you, n for sharing with the people you love.

I currently deliver within 10km of downtown Toronto, on a pre-order basis! All (ok, most) orders are delivered within 48 hours! If you need a specific date - just add it in the notes at checkout!
